The Challenge
1. There are 2 locations of the event, moving across location are important without restriction limitation of device being fixed at location.
2. Audiences include children at event. Shouting among production crew on the shoot will scare them and unable to capture their moments of joy.
3. Children might be shouting and it will difficult for production crew to communicate.
4. There are 2 different group including videography and photography. Thus, intercept between 2 communication tool is best to avoid.
5. Photography group will be communicating with client to capture require photos. Divide the communication purpose for effective communication.
6. For safety of guest especially children, production crew require hearing the surrounding but also monitor the sound recording of mic on camera.
7. Safety of children. Tag of the production crew to allows client/audience to able to identify the production crew.
