The Challenge:
1. Event Management Team require to communicate between 3x Floor but each event halls are surround by structural barriers that will interfere with the intercoms.
2. Event will be attended by 2800+ audience with their device. Stability of connection on intercoms are crucial for communication.
3. There will be different set of intercoms usage by Management Team and Production Team. Thus, intercept between communication tool is best to avoid.
4. Event hall will be event speech and also large number of crowds. It will be hard to communicate in that noisy environment.
5. Event will be 9 hours for consecutive for 2 days. Intercoms will be required to able to operate long hour operation.
6. Cueing the next agenda by the Director to grab everyone attention is not easy in such noisy environment.

3. Encryption Communication - Xtalk Master pairing will create a unique encryption code that allows to communicate within the team without worry to be intercept by to others intercoms. Multiple set of Xtalk Master can be use in same venue.
4. ENC 2.0 AI Noise Cancellation - 40dB noise reduction on ambient sound (Speech and crowds) and enhance vocal clarity to allows team to hear clearly on coordination/communication.
5. 12-hour Battery Life (2x Unit Battery per Headset) - Long hour communication without concern. Moreover, 2x Unit Battery per Headset allows spare battery for additional 12-hour Battery Life.
6. PTT Mode - Director can enable PTT Mode via device or app to gain top speaking priority. All other connected units are automatically muted to ensure Director message cut through clearly.
