The Challenge

  1. Able to speak during the shoot to give commands to the team without speaking loudly.
  2. To communicate among the team and monitor the audio record through the microphone at the same time.
  3. Divide team into group (A & B) and director to listen or communicate through either group (A or B)
  4. Require a fast response on coordination to capture candid moments of the talents.

The Solution

SYNCO Xtalk Master 5x Unit

  1. Long Microphone length - Able to position the microphone close to the mouth to whisper, which allows the coordinating team to use intercoms and avoids the director’s sound record into the video.
  2. 3.5mm Monitoring Input - Monitor microphone audio through the intercom headset without the need for additional monitoring equipment. Making communication and monitoring to be done in the same intercom headset.
  3. Group Management with dedicated A/B keys on headset - Simple as clicking on the A/B Button allows easy grouping that manage team in 2 separate purposes (A & B) or stay in multiple groups (Director) to listen/communicate to both A & B Groups.
  4. Ultra-Low Latency (45ms) - Deliver real-time communication to fast response coordination.
