The Challenge:
1. Stable connection and communication between production members. Even with Multiple wireless device (8x Lighting (Wireless control), 1x set Wireless Video Transmitter, 10x Xtalk Master) altogether at close approximate distance that might interfere each device include intercoms
2. Communication needs to be real-time to ensure fast respond for the shoot.
3. Production studio is noisy due to the surrounding environment such as the Air-Cooler.
4. Will be total of 8x Production team and 2x client members need to be able to communicate during the shoot include clients.
5. Director needs to give the command to all members to direct and issuing commands.
The Solution:
SYNCO XStation + Xtalk Master 10x Unit
1. XStation with 5 External Antennas - Maintains stable wireless connection with Xtalk Master up to 400m radius.
2. Ultra-Low Latency (45ms) - Deliver real-time communication to fast response coordination.
3. AI Noise Cancellation - Suppress ambient sound (Air-Cooler) and enhance vocal clarity to allows team to hear clearly on coordination/communication.
4. XStation expand number of user - Single XStation capable of expanding Xtalk Master up to 20 users.
5. PTT Mode - Director can enable PTT Mode via device or app to gain top speaking priority. All other connected units are automatically muted to ensure Director message cut through clearly.
