Q: If a paired Level 1 is mistakenly set as the Master or Level 2 and disconnects while talking, how to reconnect with the group?

A: Turn all headsets off except the Master and this headset. Set it as Level 1 and pair it with the Master(then pair it with Level 2 if needed). After successfully pairing, restart these 2 headsets and turn on all headsets to resume use.

Q: If Level 2 suddenly disconnects, how to reconnect?

A: There are 3 ways to reconnect:
1.Walk back to the pairing range of the paired Level 1 until it automatically reconnects.
2. Restart it and wait until it automatically reconnects.
   * Ensure the following:
    a. The Master has not switched to Boost Mode 2 or 3.
    b. Both are within the signal reception range of pairing.
3. Long press button B on Level 2 and release after the first"beep" sound, and hear "Connecting and Pairing". It will automatically connect with the nearby Level.
*Ensure the nearest Level 1 has not been paired with 2 Level 2 headsets, or the pairing will not be successful.

Q: How to confirm the headset is already successfully connected?

A: Check the indicator light: a steady green light indicates the successful connection.

Q: Is it possible to exit Master mode?

A: For previous firmware, yes. For newer firmware, no. The newer firmware supports switching the Master to Level 1 or Level 2.

Q: Why the upgrade is unsuccessful?

A: The upgrade will only be successful if the following conditions are met:
1.The Type-C cable must support data transfer.
2.The USB-C port on the headset must be correctly oriented.
3.Release the button after the 2nd "beep-beep" sound.
4.After releasing the button, click the "Next" within 3s.

Q: How to auto reconnect?

A: Try walking back to the pairing range of the higher-level headset(EG. LV.1/Remote ⮕Master, LV.2⮕LV.1) until you hear "Pairing succeed." Do not press the pairing button while auto-reconnecting.

Q: Is it possible to disable voice prompts?

A: No.
