Why can't my new Xtalk headset connect / pair with my existing two Xtalk headsets?
Make sure all devices run the same firmware via SYNCO EasyGo, with the same user number, latency mode, and system mode (such as MasterFree).

What if I can’t tell headset roles?
Long-press Volume+ key: device will announce its role.
Battery life or communication range is lower than expected / connection drops easily?
Enable Boost Mode.
Long press the Volume - key on the Master device until the 1st "Beep", release to switch the Boost mode 1/2/3.
*After switching modes, if a Level 1 / Level 2 device is restarted, re-pair it with the upper-level headset to rejoin the communication group.
What's the difference between Master and Master-Free firmware?
Master firmware: requires a Master unit to control the system.
Master-Free firmware: no Master needed, prevents system interruption if a Master loses power.
Can I buy spare batteries for SYNCO Xtalk X / XPro / XMax?
Search "SYNCO Xtalk battery" on Amazon or Website, or contact SYNCO support.
Device won't turn on after firmware update?
Firmware upgrade failed or incomplete. Use SYNCO EasyGo to re-flash the correct firmware.
Can SYNCO Xtalk X / XPro / XMax pair together?
Yes
Can Xtalk X / XPro / XMax audio connect to an amplifier or external speaker?
The 3.5mm port only supports monitoring (one-way input).
If I buy one box of 5 and one box of 2, can they pair with each other?
Yes, they can. The firmware supports group talk for up to 13 people via SYNCO EasyGo.
For up to 5 headsets, use the 5-person firmware.
For more than 5 headsets (up to 13), use the 13-person firmware.
Does Xtalk have noise reduction features?
Yes, Xtalk features noise reduction. You can press Function Button B briefly to toggle noise reduction on or off.
What should I do if the distance is too far to connect?
You can try using the main unit or a repeater as a bridge, and position the other headsets on either side to extend the range.
Can I monitor the camera audio while communicating with the team?
Yes, by connecting via the 3.5mm audio jack, you can monitor the device's audio in real-time while talking with your team.
Can the headset with the blue tag be set as the master device?
Yes, any headset can be switched to function as either the Master or the Slave unit.
To set as the Master device, long press the button A, release after the 2nd "Beep".
What can I do to improve call quality when the signal is poor?
When the signal is weak, you can enable Boost Mode to amplify the signal.
Long press the Volume - key on the Master device until the 1st "Beep", release to switch the Boost mode 1/2/3.
*After switching modes, if a Level 1 / Level 2 device is restarted, re-pair it with the upper-level headset to rejoin the communication group.
What should I do if the device won't turn on after not being used for a while?
Please first check if the battery has power. If there is dirt or poor contact, use an alcohol swab to wipe the charging case contacts and the battery interface.

Follow the SYNCO Xtalk EasyGo User Guide to download the app on your computer and connect your headsets via USB-C.

Xtalk XPro comes in Master and Master-Free versions.
Master units have red "X-PRO", while Master-Free units are all labeled blue "X-PRO".
