Check Firmware Version Before Paring

The operations vary by the firmware version. Follow the instructions below to check the current firmware version.

Previous Firmware

  • It supports 5-member communication at most.
  • Each headset can be set as Master or Remote.

New Firmware

  • It supports 13-member communication at most.
  • Each headset can be set as Master, Level 1, or Level 2.
  • A group can have 1 master, 4 Level 1, and 8 Level 2 at most.
  • The Master can connect up to 4 Level 1, and a Level 1 can connect up to 2 Level 2.

SYNCO released the firmware for updating the Xtalk to the latest version. The firmware is for updating the SYNCO Xtalk wireless intercom system to a communication system for 13 team members at most. After the successful update, the voice prompts will be changed to a simplified version, and a new function called Boost Mode will be added to the Xtalk to enhance transmission signals.
