The Challenge
1. Concert will be loud music and also large number of crowds. It will be hard to communicate in that noisy environment.
2 The concert will be attended by 1,000+ audience with their device. Stability of connection on intercoms are priority for communication.
3. Switcher Desk are located at the far end of the concert hall and Camera Operator are near to the stage. Hard to communicate physically.
4. Work hour is long from the setup to the main event of concert. Intercoms are required for communication even during setup.
5. Cueing the next agenda by the Director to grab everyone attention is not easy in such noisy environment.
6. During concert, environment will be dark that prone to drop device such as the intercoms.
The Solution
SYNCO XTalk Master 7x Unit
1. ENC 2.0 AI Noise Cancellation - 40dB noise reduction on ambient sound (Music and crowds) and enhance vocal clarity to allows team to hear clearly on coordination/communication.
2. Earmuff + 5x Level Sound Volume - Physically isolate the sound from outside environment and 5x Level of sound volume allows louder volume on the headphone. Assist in hearing clearer voice from the Director.
3. Dual Band, Dual Antenna - The system operates 2 frequency bands independently and synchronously. If one band encounters localized interference, others seamlessly maintain the links without a single drop in communication.
4. 500m Distance - Communication from Switcher Desk to Camera Operator can maintain stable communication at distance. Director can give command without any communication breakdown.
5. 12-hour Battery Life - Long day communication without concern.
6. PTT Mode - Director can enable PTT Mode via device or app to gain top speaking priority. All other connected units are automatically muted to ensure Director message cut through clearly.
7. Find My Device - With “SYNCO Audio” App. That can start searching with one tap and the device immediately emits an alert tone and light up. To ease searching even in dark environment.
