The Challenge:
1. The event area will be noisy due to large crowds at the photo booth area. It is very impolite to speak loudly to the crew for communication, as the event is attended by guests with status in the industry.
2. Communication needs to be real-time to be able to coordinate the team to serve guests from the Photo booth to the Photo Collection Counter.
3. Isolation of listening on one ear of the communication tool is important for internal team communication, but another ear must be free to able to communicate with guests.
4. Need to divide into 2 group but the Booth Manager will be listening to the booth group for coordination, communication and troubleshooting.
- Team A-Handling guests upfront from Ushering, Photo shooting, and Photo Printing.
- Team B-Technical crew managing server in the enclose area that is crucial to use a sort of communication tool to communicate with the Booth Manager.
