The Challenge:
1. Communication needs to be real time to able to coordinate videographer team to capture the important moment of the event with the video camera and live feed the visual to the LED screen for the audiences.
2. All team members are station at different location across the ballroom in a distance. It is important, able to communicate in distance for coordination.
3. The Ballroom area will be noisy due to large crowds and also on-going activities on the stage with music. It is very impolite to speak loudly to crew for communication as the event is attend by guests.
4. Sound isolation on ear of the communication tool are important for internal team communication but another ear must be free to able to communicate with guests/clients and be aware of surrounding for safety purpose as it is attended by many guests.
5. The team will be connecting video camera output to video transmitter and transmit wirelessly to the switcher to live feed to the LED Screen. This wireless transmitter might interfere with the intercoms.
The Solution:

2. 500m Distance - Stable coverage up to 500m. Allows communication at distance possible without require any shouting at venue.
3. AI Noise Cancellation - Suppress ambient sound (Crowds and Music) and enhance vocal clarity to allows team to hear clearly on coordination/communication.
4. Single Earmuff - Allows 1x ear for internal communication and another ear to listen and another ear communicate with the guests/clients directly. Also, allowing to be aware of the surrounding for safety purpose.
5. Dual Band, Dual Antenna - The system operates 2 frequency bands independently and synchronously. If one band encounters localized interference, others seamlessly maintain the links without a single drop in communication. Avoiding interference from others device while maintaining stable communication.
