The Challenge:
1. Key personnel such as the stage manager frequently moved throughout the venue and even outside the building, requiring uninterrupted communication regardless of their location.
2. The production crew needed precise communication to coordinate every phase of the live instrument event, ensuring cues and transitions were executed on time without disrupting the performance.
3. Loud live instruments amplified through the venue's sound system created a challenging environment for verbal communication, making it difficult for crew members to hear important instructions.
4. Crew members were stationed across different areas of the venue, including stage corners, the FOH control room on the second floor, and the lighting control position near the venue entrance, requiring reliable communication between all departments.
5. Since the production was fully live, the crew needed a communication system that could operate reliably without worrying about connection interruptions caused by individual headset issues.
The Solution:
SYNCO Xtalk Master 7x Unit
1. MasterFree True 3.0 - Eliminate the Master Unit for Seamless Team Communication. Every headset operates an equal, independent node forming mesh network. Communication remained uninterrupted even if one headset powered off or left the group, giving the crew greater confidence during the live production.
2. Ultra-Low Latency (45ms) - Deliver real-time communication to fast response coordination.
3. ENC 2.0 AI Noise Cancellation - 40dB noise reduction on ambient sound (live instruments and the PA system) and enhance vocal clarity to allows team to hear clearly on coordination/communication.
4. 500m Distance - Stable coverage up to 500m. Allows communication at distance possible without require any shouting at venue. The system provided reliable wireless coverage across the entire venue.
5. Dual Band, Dual Antenna - The system operates 2 frequency bands independently and synchronously. If one band encounters localized interference, others seamlessly maintain the links without a single drop in communication.
