The Challenge:
1. Frequent Team Mobility: The event was spread across two primary locations for photography and videography, requiring the production team to move back and forth constantly between stations.
2. High Ambient Noise Levels: The venue was a compact theatre filled with guests for a movie marketing and networking session. This created a loud environment that made standard communication difficult.
3. Dual-Team Coordination: The production consisted of two separate groups: Photography and Videography. The producer needed to provide constant, specific instructions to both teams simultaneously. Managing these different workstreams required a clear way to divide communication.
4. Professional On-Set Etiquette: With many high-profile influencers in attendance, maintaining a quiet and professional atmosphere was a priority. Shouting to coordinate across the room was not an option as it would appear unprofessional to the guests.
5. Surrounding safety awareness and physical communication with clients/guests: Prioritize safety of production members and guest of event. Also, constant communication with clients.
The Solution:
SYNCO Xtalk Master 7x Unit
1. MasterFree True 3.0 - Eliminate the Master Unit for Seamless Team Communication. Every headset operates an equal, independent node forming mesh network. Allows the team to move between the two photo spots without losing signal.
2. ENC 2.0 AI Noise Cancellation - 40dB noise reduction on ambient sound (Crowds) and enhance vocal clarity to allows team to hear clearly on coordination/communication. This ensures the team hears every instruction clearly, despite the noise from the crowd and networking activities.
3. Group Management with dedicated A/B keys on headset - Simple as clicking on A/B Button allows easy grouping that divide Photographer Team (Group A) and Videographer Team (Group B). By using separate groups, the Producer can jump into different group A/B to give specific cues to either Videographers or Photographers, leading to a more efficient workflow.
4. 500m Distance - Stable coverage up to 500m. Allows communication at distance possible without require any shouting at venue.
5. Single earmuff - allows Production Team to have 1 ear for internal communication (Intercoms) and another ear to listen/communicate physically with the clients. Also, be aware of surrounding that to keep the safety of production team and guests.
